George gave us some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. I called him when we knew we were moving and left a message to have him come and change the locks on our new house. I left another message two days later as it was a little urgent, and was shocked when he called me from South America where he was on vacation! He apologized for the delay and sent his brother Miguel to install new locks at no cost to us, and then came to meet with my wife and I when he got back to town. He helped us plan a very safe feeling lock system and then came on two successive Saturdays with Miguel and installed it all. He even helped us save money on a few items. A++.

I called Eagle and spoke to George late in the afternoon because our deadbolt on our door was becoming very temperamental - we arranged for him to come the following afternoon and do an assessment of the hardware, and how it should be replaced. I was very impressed with the quote he gave me for the work - he asked a lot of questions about how we use the lock, and what level of security was important for us. I was confident we were going to get exactly what we needed for the right price.

George did a great job on our front and back doors. He changed a lock, installed a dead-bolt, sanded and re-hung both doors so they no longer rubbed against the door-frames George was extremely helpful and had some great suggestions. i would definitely recommend him to anyone.

When I called George about my broken front door latch, he came within an hour to fix it. The latch itself is old and tricky and he worked on it for about an hour. In the end he got it working again and we could finally use our front door. He told me if it broke again he'd come and see if he could fix it. A month later it did break and, true to his word George tried to fix it but said the 50 year old mechanism was finally at its end. He suggested I take it to the Door Store to see if they could fix it.
I would definitely use George again. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
