George gave us some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. I called him when we knew we were moving and left a message to have him come and change the locks on our new house. I left another message two days later as it was a little urgent, and was shocked when he called me from South America where he was on vacation! He apologized for the delay and sent his brother Miguel to install new locks at no cost to us, and then came to meet with my wife and I when he got back to town. He helped us plan a very safe feeling lock system and then came on two successive Saturdays with Miguel and installed it all. He even helped us save money on a few items. A++.

I hired Moveworks in 2004 to move between two units in the same building. The owner came out and gave a very professional quote and made me feel very confident in my selection of a moving company. I called the day before the move to confirm and left a message which was not returned. The day of, I managed to find someone at the office and they clearly had not scheduled it, though they told me that the truck had run out of gas and was running late. They eventually turned up three hours late and had sent two 16 year old kids and one of their even younger girlfriends to do the whole move. I had been promised two uniformed movers and boxes, wardrobe boxes, etc., none of which came. They loaded a bunch of chairs into the elevator and then literally vanished, leaving behind two moving dollies and a moving blanket. I never heard from them or the company again and had to desperately call friends to come and help. Don't EVER hire them.

Executive came in and provided a quote on three bedroom closets and a bathroom storage area with built-in laundry hampers. They were much more affordable than other providers, helped to do a great design, and installed on time and with a very high level of satisfaction. I would happily use them again and have recommended them to a number of friends.
