We called charge to install new locks of better grade and to drill in a larger hole for our front door. He came in to look at the work and provided his professional advice. He was able to look at a variety of options and I found him to have a common sense approach that is streetwise. After we decided what we wanted, he accommodate our request and worked late into the evenings to finish the job. If it was necessary, he would have come in a pinch.

We were very pleased with this service. Frank was very professional and gave us good advice. It was a rainy day when he was supposed to install the locks and he kindly offered to come another day so that the floors in the house wouldn't get wet from the rain. Highly recommend this company.

The front door to my house was aging quite badly and of particular concern was that the lock was starting to fall apart. George assessed the project, which was rather tricky in that a new custom door was needed. He provided an accurate estimate and estimated time of door manufacture. Within the six weeks he quoted, the new door was ready for installation. He came and completed the installation work within a few hours, explaining each point with detail and professionalism. The new door is a vast improvement over the old in every respect. I recommend his firm without qualification and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any door or lock need I may have in the future.

On short notice, George agreed to come and assess what was required to change the door locks and seal the door from drafts coming in.

A draft was still coming in the door from the bottom, and within 12 hours, George came back again to check and fix the draft by placing a new sweeper under the door. George was concise, friendly and willing to explain the pros and cons going with different types of locks. I chose to go with a key mechanism that couldn't be duplicated. That feature was important to me since I didn't want to run back and forth from work just to let the super and his contractors in. A new home always has repair work for PDI/30-day deficiencies.
