WOW! So very happy to have hired and worked with Grashon SPT...Excellent communication, was quick to reply and answer my questions...took the time to provide updates on his whereabouts. Great job at explaining things to me as he was doing the work and so friendly and helpful too. I don't normally believe in giving ""tips" for this type of work but I was so impressed with the work being done, that I did throw in some extra money. I do need some other work done around my place and I can tell you that I will be calling Grashon SPT again....so pleased with the work provided and the commitment to being in touch with me and providing me with his honest assessment....thanks so much..and I highly recommend Grashon SPT...

Our sink totally detached from the countertop. Grashon was able to fix the sink by reattching it and ran out twice to get the best suited hardware to keep it fastened properly. Grashon is thorough, honest and incredibly hardworking. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted because my shower handle set screw was corroded and stripped. Grashon came and drilled it out. It took longer than anticipated but he stuck to the quoted price. He even offered to change the shower cartridge for me but I said its on since I had the wrong one. I will definitely contact again if needed!

Gershon and his crew tore down and rebuilt a garage for us over the summer of 2023. They were very communicative but didn't need to be micromanaged, stuck to the budget and built it very well.

Grashon is everything you want in a general contractor. He is able to perform small tasks or large repair tasks (concrete), roofing, decking, water sealing. The thing about Grashon is he does it with quality, he does it with speed, and he does it with extremely transparent and honest pricing. This is the holy trinity for any service business, they say you can only have 2 out of 3 at any time. If you want all 3 call Grashon. He shows up on time, gets the job done, and his quotes will not be beat. If you want precision, attention to detail and good price, call Grashon.

Grashon was excellent. Great communication, very professional and neat. He also did a great job hanging my pictures securely in my toddlers room keeping safety top of mind. Highly recommend!

Was very professional and took extra care to make sure everything was uninstalled and new range installed properly. Also provided some custom trim work around the ducted chimney area. Painted the backsplash area as well.
