Niifty ran the show for my basement renovation. From framing a new wall, moving existing ductwork, drywalling, new cabinetry, new flooring, plumbing and tile and stonework, I didnt have to worry about anything. Couldnt be happier with how the basement turned out, especially the shelving beside the fireplace.

Niifty did my washroom renovation and their work was excellent. Their contractors are professional, efficient and pleasant. Im very happy with how my washroom renovation turned out from the new flooring, tub installation, trim etc. I would highly recommend Niifty for your next construction job.

Mike and his crew leveled my 60 year old carport roof which was out of whack by a couple inches to shore up my roof line. Project was done under budget and on time. Everything from start to cleanup was handled professionally. Would recommend. A++

Niifty did a complete transformation of my original 90s bathroom. The finishes turned out beautiful with such custom touches like the LEDs under the vanity for that soft night lighting. We did have to rework all of the existing plumbing but Id rather have it done right and last the test of time. Thanks Niifty for coming in and making our space exactly what we wanted and hoped for.

Had the pleasure of working with Garth and his wonderful team to get my basement remodeled. His team worked very diligently, they discovered and provided serveral solutions to former construction deficiencies and we were able to pick an option that provided the best durablity but also within our budget. Can't forget to mention his finish team, their attention to detail is second to none, those guys are real craftsmen.
