Every year, the labour that is hired has a problem with my house. Either they cannot figure out how to open a gate to the backyard, or miss either side of my front yard. This is not strictly the company's fault.
This year has been exceptional. Early Spring Fertilizer on Monday April 17th, 2017. Missed the backyard and half the front yard. Called and was assured someone was coming. No response so I emailed, they came out Tuesday April 18th and got the back yard, but did not do the rest of the front yard.
And it's pretty easy to tell (aside from my security cameras), there is no white fertilizer pellet anywhere on that side of the driveway. So I called on Tuesday night and was assured someone was coming out. Nobody came out, so I emailed Thursday April 20th in the evening. No response.
I'm not a big fan of airing my grievances in public, in fact this is the first time, but the amount of time I have wasted calling to get them to complete the job is unacceptable.
This will be my last year, and I am contemplating alternative measures if I am not satisfied. So far, paid for a service that was not rendered in full.
Based on those details it should be clear what my address is as well as the user name. I would appreciate it if someone from the company reached out, got this done right, and assured me this was not going to happen again.
