This is our second time hiring Elite Concrete! It was without question in our mind to call them back to continue with the landscaping work in our backyard.
We hired Elite the first time 12 years ago to complete our rear concrete patio deck. The workmanship at that time was amazing and withstood the years of use and climate in perfect form! There was no doubt that as we prepared to extend the use of our backyard by adding a pool, we wanted Elite to complete more work for us!
This time around we added floating steps with lighting, and planters to add greenery to deck, among other work. Again for the second time we are beyond happy and impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of this concrete company! We dealt with Marcelo once again, Helen, and many of their staff members were familiar faces from the first time we hired Elite; they are a genuine family and this is expressed in the quality and care they put into their work each day! Our recent experience with Elite Concrete was fantastic with their job done in our front yard. Customer service was beyond expectations; always had quick responses to our inquiries from Helen. Marcelo, the project manager led a very efficient and organized team from start to finish. Ive had many neighbors stop and admire the work in progress and finished product - had no issues to recommend them. In terms of timeline, the job was supposed to take four weeks and as promised they delivered on time. Very professional, high attention to detail, great design, and superb transformation of my outdoor space!
