Ellis Moving & Storage Ltd

We contacted "Ellis Movers" giving them the style and dimensions of our piano. Predetermined price to move our piano was " could be up to $300.00". Piano was moved to new address. Piano was unloaded from truck- attempt was made to fit it into the elevator. Piano too big [ I guess the movers didn't first measure to determine if it would fit]. Piano was then returned to an address 2 blocks from starting point of original move. We did not ask, and were not given a cost quote on the return move. We were charged $742.00- $300.00 plus an extra $142 for the return trip. Why???? I feel I was taken advantage of. Movers were good about wrapping the piano to prevent damage.
