We had an absolutely disastrous experience as well. We ended up calling the police in Delta to retrieve our belongings and they said that they had received numerous complaints about this family. DO NOT USE THEM. Nothing on the website is true. The BBB have given this company and "F" — for fail.

MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM ! THEY PROMISED DELIVERY IN 10 DAYS BUT TOOK ONE MONTH. TOOK THE CARGO, GAVE IT TO SOME BODY WHO GAVE IT SOME BODY.......NORMALLY WE SHOULD BE THREATENING BUT IT WAS ALWAYS THE OTHER WAY. I HAVE TO BEG AND PLEAD FOR MY OWN CARGO ! KIDS STARTING SCHOOLING WITHOUT PROPER DRESS, BOOKS, BAGS ETC.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I scheduled Euro Movers for July 21. Two days before I call them to confirm the moving, they didn’t know anything about this moving. So they had to rent same truck to move my belongings. And they charge me 300.00 for that.
Make sure you ask about "ALL" charges as they do not feel it is their responsibility to inquire as to whether or not you have stairs even though they charge extra per flight. They charge me 200.00 by that. Something never discussed.
Belongings were lost in transit; they lost my leader loveseat and same boxes. Can you believe ?? I have been waiting for my things for over two weeks. Very poor service, there is no professionalism.
They only want you to pay in cash or cashier's check, how do you do that when they don't quote you a firm price to get a cashier's check. Who pays cash?????
My charge was more than double the quote. They quote me for 999.00 and at the very end I paid 1,710.00.
