Outstanding Service and Quality Product
I can't say enough positive things about Exclusive Windows and Doors. We were referred by a friend since we previously had no idea about what to look for in window products. Exclusive uses Canadian Made North Star windows, which means they withstand the temperature swings of living in Southern Ontario and have a second to none warranty.
Our experience working with Steve and Debra was outstanding from start to finish. Steve came to do our consultation and was able to provide full transparency about prices for the various features on the spot. This meant that we were involved in building a quote that allowed us to choose the features and upgrades we really wanted while staying within our budget (as opposed to going back and forth on options and feeling like we had to either overspend or miss out). Steve also provided advice and ideas that we wouldn't have even considered because we didn't know the products were available. Things like rain glass in our ensuite bathroom allowing for privacy but full light, or the in-door blinds in our patio slider, or even awning casements which allow us to create a cross breeze even when it rains. In the end we were surprised at how affordable our project was and so we added a new, oversized front door which has so dramatically changed our front facade.
On install day the Exclusive Windows and Doors crew arrived on time and got to work immediately, taking care to protect our home from the debris and dust that accompanies such a big project. They were polite and efficient and cleaned up so well that, if it weren't for the new windows, there was virtually no evidence that they had been there. Steve even showed up to make sure things were running smoothly and ensure we were happy with the progress.
We are so happy with our new windows and doors and highly recommend this experienced, family run business to anyone considering, or even just curious about, replacing such an integral part of your home. You're in good hands with these guys and you won't be disappointed!
