I phoned Executive Touch because the other company I had called didn't even bother to show up for the quote. They missed the appointment, and I never heard from them again. Massimo not only showed up on short notice, but he was early (which when you have a 2 year old is much appreciated). Massimo & crew did a perfect job painting the main floor of our house. Clean lines, job done on time, appointments kept, cost laid out up front, furniture moved, walls repaired. As painless as painting can get. I think you pay a slight premium for Executive Touch, but it seems to be worth it. Also, Massimo gave us a quote up front, and stuck to it. Something came up during the job, and Massimo phoned me right away to outline how much extra it would cost, and gave me the option to get it done or not (I opted not to, and he was OK with that). I think most people are OK with things costing a bit of money, as long everything is transparent and honest, which I must say Massimo is. All in all, great job. Would use them again.
