Painting Downtown Toronto Condo
If you are looking for painters on a budget stop reading this review right now because these guys are not for you! If you have cash to burn (you people know who you are!) then you might want to consider giving Massimo and crew a call. In my experience I'd say this company is a good 30% higher than the competition out there. The question is are they worth it? Well, first of all, the competition never bothered to showing up for the job in the first place. In fact, Massimo and crew not only showed up they were never a minute late for each of the four days they came to paint...being punctual goes a long, long way in my books. Extra point! I give these guys a 10/10 for their professionalism. I give them an 8 out of 10 overall because of the "value for money" factor. At the price I paid, I expected a perfect paint job but did not get it. On closer inspection I realized some minor paint splatters on door jams and doors. Worst of all, behind the headboard on my bed was some wall abrasion that was quickly painted over instead of repaired which was promised for all walls. Some other walls could have used extra sanding too but instead were left the way they were. All in all the painting is an excellent job and there is not one single splatter of paint anywhere on the ceilings. Amazing. I just wished they were a bit cheaper or a bit more careful. Recommended with some reservations. 8/10

Hello David, thank you for posting a review on Homestars.com. When I met you and your wife, you mentioned that you hired a painting contractor and that he did not show up or call the morning he said he was going to start. He also did not respond to your calls and messages. Now that's someone who I would not want to hire. This no show gave you a quote of $4000.00 plus materials for the job. In my over 21 years experience, this is someone who under-priced the job. THAT IS WHY HE DID NOT SHOW UP! I came in at $ 6000.00 dollars plus materials for the job. I am sorry that you think we are expensive. I'd like to know compared to WHAT OR WHOM?
I don’t understand your review when you say that we are ‘PROFESSIONAL and PUNCTUAL.’ Are you comparing us to the NO SHOW? All in all you mentioned the painting is an ‘excellent job and there is not a single splatter of paint on the ceilings, AMAZING, I just wished they were a bit cheaper!’ As you can see from our raving reviews, quite a few reviews state that we are well worth the money and they do not have money to ‘BURN’ like you say. I guess in life you meet all kinds of people and you can't make everyone happy all the time. I'm truly sorry you feel this way. You can always call me any time! Thanks, Massimo Giorgio
