company provided with all the material and plans, During the work there were few more changes as we go along but with nor problem the work was completed andit was under budget and completed before time. we recomend.

My husband and I needed our basement finished as we are expecting a new born next month and needed more space. Massimo and his team not only finished the work in the short timeframe we gave them but made us feel really at ease. The entire team was very friendly and professional. The team always cleaned up after themselves. We've recommended Executive Touch Painters & Home Renovations to all our friends and neighbours as we were really pleased with their work and the outcome.

Massimo [last name removed -- Ed], owner and president of Executive Touch Painting visited and was delightful, informative, smart without being condescending, clean, respectful and felt comfortable in our home immediately. He is definately the kind of person you can trust to help make decisions and deal with projects in reality knowing what to expect.

Massimo and his team are THE professionals. If you want turnkey, no hand holding and overall exceptional customer service, call this company. We had our walls re-plastered and then re-painted. Our hardwood floors were also replaced. They did an exceptional job and treated our house like it was their own. The job site was left clean every night and Massimo himself was there to supervise his team. In fact, he is the first contractor I've dealt with (and I've had many other contractors) that was there everyday to supervise his team. He called at the end of each day to ensure that we were aware and happy with the way the reno was going.
There were 2 coats of wallpaper underneath paint and the ceiling was wallpapered too. Massimo was very thorough in his explanation of his price quote and the quote did not change. The walls all look like new.
When it came to replace the hardwood flooring, all the squeaks were fixed properly. A new subfloor was added that was glued and screwed down. These guys didn't cut any corners. All the radiators were removed so they could properly install the flooring. They had finished the job at our house and were on another job when two of the rads started some small leaks. I called Massimo and even though he was not in our area, his certified HVAC technician was at our house to fix the rads within 20 minutes of me calling. Amazing response time.
We also had some holes in our plaster and wooden baseboard repaired. We cannot even tell that there were ever any holes.
An exhaust fan was installed for us in the bathroom. I really appreciate that they vented through the roof instead of easily venting it through the soffit opening. Other work included new closet doors, venting and installing a range hood, tiling our front entrance and re-finishing all our closets.
In a nutshell, these guys really care about their work. You can tell that they are meticulous and take great pride in the quality of product they produce. I am definitely hiring them again to renovate our kitchen and bathroom in the future. Thank you Massimo and team for a job really well done.

I thought Executive Touch Painters was a bit over-priced. I didn't like the fact that after the job had started he started talking about doing an extra coat of paint which would cost more money. I just didn't think I got the best value for the money. I knew how much it was going to cost me but I expected that I would get a better service for the extra money -- that just wasn't the case.

Massimo and his team of professionals made the process of renovating my latest project seem much less daunting. From Trimwork to painting, and a reception desk makeover, his work was nothing short of spectacular. His committment to quality and customer service is just as noteworthy. I have worked with Massimo and his team in the past and would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Massimo and his crew are very dependable. Massimo is a very loyal customer of mine and buys only top line products from Sherwin-Williams and will always make the right choice for his clients. I trust him so much that I refer him to anyone who needs any painting jobs done. I trust him that I had him paint my kitchen and bath. He was very clean and the work he did was amazing. I will be repainting the rest of my house in the new year and there is only one choice I will make and that is to choose Executive Touch Painters.

Executive Touch painters did a wonderful job. I had quite a few windows that had rotted sils and they replaced them and made the windows look almost like new! I know that the windows are protected and in great condition again after the painting was completed. I feel very proud to look at my home now. Massimo is very confident about his ability to provide the service you need. Although his quote was in the upper range, it's nice to have a company that knows what they are doing and how to handle many of the problems that may arize from the job. He keeps you informed about when they are coming to do the work, what they are working on and when they will be done. He promised me the work would be completed before the weather prevented any exterior work and he did it! His painters, Wallace and Lewis were polite, hardworking, very neat and easy to have around. I am very pleased with the result and recommend them highly.

Having our house painted was a daunting prospect since we also needed several repairs and did not know who to trust. I got a couple of estimates and one company who came and looked but didn't quote. However I was not comfortable from those I spoke to that the job would be done to the highest standards, which was very important to me, more so than saving a few dollars. I wanted a first class job to enjoy every time I pulled into the drive rather than something that was OK (or not) but saved a few dollars. Executive Touch are on the high end of the quotes you get but the quality is excellent. After all done correctly the paint job will last several years. So in perspective it’s much better to get it done once and really well.
When I found Massimo on the internet and he came round I was comfortable from the get go. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and exudes professionalism. I called one of the references provided who gave Executive Touch a glowing report. They could not have been happier. Now my job is done I too can provide a glowing reference for Massimo and his guys and I too could not be happier. They delivered everything they said they would and on time. Importantly for me it was exactly what I hoped for, its perfect. Lewis and Wallace were the two painters who did the work, except for Massimo who did the front doors himself. They were really great. Friendly, professional and hard working. Its very easy having them around and they are certainly a credit to their profession.
I recommend Executive Touch painters, unreservedly for any repair and decoration works you may have.
