We had a big job to repair / replace a lot of damaged Tudor Board. We found ETP and owner (Massimo) on line. He and his crew were quick to come and give a fair quote, and was able to complete the entire project in the time that we needed. Very professional and a great job. We'd recommend him to anyone. Massimo called me the next day after sending him an email.
I took possession of a townhouse ( approx 1,200 sqft ) and had 7 days to paint over the builder's flat white base coat. All walls, window trims, baseboards, closets, doors and washroom ceiling. Massimo initially told me he was very busy but will call me back within 4 or 5 hours to confirm whether he could fit this in on such short notice. True to his word, he called me back the same day and said he could start in 2 days and be done in 3 days.
I can't say enough about his team; I would show up unexpectedly once a day to find 2 or 3 of his crew hard at work. The first day I found 1 issue ( builders drywall tape pealing off ) and approached one of his painters. He told me "no problem, I missed it, I already fixed 2 similar issues in the bedrooms"... Next day, it was fixed.
Price wise, he was competitive ( neither the cheapest nor most expensive ). Massimo will do what you want, but will also advise you of his opinion if you ask ( we had a discussion about eggshell vs satin finish ). They are VERY punctual; since I was not living at the townhouse while it was being painted, I was asked to let him and his crew in at 6am. I gave him a key for the next 2 days to let himself in.
The job was FLAWLESS. Massimo called me 2 hours before they were to finish to inspect their work. There was nothing to be done. If you want a hassle free, honest company to paint your home, don’t hesitate to give Massimo a call. You won’t be disappointed.

We called Massimo into our retail store to give us a refresh paint job. With over 8,000 sq feet to take care of Massimo didn’t skip a beat! He helped us patch up water marks on the ceiling to patching up walls and even painting fixtures. Massimo was attentive and got the job done to our satisfaction!

I needed some exterior painting done on my home, including double front door, trim around the roofline on two levels, and an aluminum pillar. Massimo came out to provide me with an estimate in a timely manner, quoted a fair price, and gave me a good idea on the timeline when he'd be able to perform the work, dependent on weather/schedule.

He contacted me two days beforehand to confirm the date/time he would perform the work.

He arrived right on time, and the work was done quickly and to a very high standard. I'm very happy with the results and it was a pleasure to work with Massimo.

We had completed a paint job ourselves on newly installed drywall in our dining room. It didn't turn out, was visibly patchy.

Massimo came quickly, took a look, gave us feedback on our application method and paint sheen. We went and got more paint, he painted over the problem paint job that day.

We noticed a lot of roller fluff in the paint, when I reached out he responded to my message immediately. Then came back quickly, did a sand and another coat.

Problem paint job solved! Which is exactly what we wanted.
