I needed some exterior painting done on my home, including double front door, trim around the roofline on two levels, and an aluminum pillar. Massimo came out to provide me with an estimate in a timely manner, quoted a fair price, and gave me a good idea on the timeline when he'd be able to perform the work, dependent on weather/schedule. He contacted me two days beforehand to confirm the date/time he would perform the work. He arrived right on time, and the work was done quickly and to a very high standard. I'm very happy with the results and it was a pleasure to work with Massimo.

My existing gas range needed to be replaced. The new range included delivery and take-away, but the existing range had to be disconnected first. Northwest provided me with a clear quote for the two separate visits, including any additional costs that could be incurred as part of the installation. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, and they were even able to come earlier than agreed upon for the second visit when the delivery came earlier than expected. The office staff was a pleasure to deal with, and Joe did a great job on both visits. I'd happily use them again in the future.

My fence, which had been in the process of falling for a couple of years, finally came down during a wind storm. I decided to just have the posts replaced and put the existing panels back up to keep the overall look of the surrounding fence roughly intact. I contacted Alex for a quote and he responded quickly, and gave a fair estimate, which was also all-inclusive with a good warranty. The job included replacing 3 posts, and mounting 4 panels back in place. Due to the overwhelming positive feedback here I booked him for the repair, and he was able to come out within the week, despite some unseasonably bad weather in the interim. Alex and his colleague arrived the day of the job and did an excellent job, cleaning up after they were done. So far I'm very happy with the results, and have piece of mind knowing Alex stands behind his work should I have any issues.
