Replace Gas Range - two visits
My existing gas range needed to be replaced. The new range included delivery and take-away, but the existing range had to be disconnected first.
Northwest provided me with a clear quote for the two separate visits, including any additional costs that could be incurred as part of the installation.
The work was done in a timely and professional manner, and they were even able to come earlier than agreed upon for the second visit when the delivery came earlier than expected.
The office staff was a pleasure to deal with, and Joe did a great job on both visits. I'd happily use them again in the future.
