Sewer drain was plugged and could not get my regular guy to help. Upon looking on Home Stars and finding the company that Mike Homes calls, I gave them a try.

I had issues with the employee that came and upon reading my original review Melissa from Express Rooter called to correct the problem. I’m impressed that they cared enough to step up and to make it right. They are the company that there website is suggesting. They care about their work and want to make the customer happy.

Sewer drain was plugged and could not get my regular guy to help. Upon looking on Home Stars and finding the company that Mike Homes calls, I gave them a try. They arrived within two hours and I explained that I have a root problem and with 5 adults and a new born baby in the house we needed it cleared. I asked for the rooter service to remove the roots and the employee Jamey (per his business card) suggested that it would be best to have the camera as well. If you pay CASH I can do the service for$300. I was expecting to get the roots removed with the auger and a recording from the camera. He set everything up but only had the camera and informed me that it was the auger and camera combined. Once the line went into the drain it was cleared but the roots were never removed. Upon asking why, I was informed that it could not be done and the drain section would need to be replaced. He did give a written quote of $3000 and if booked within 7 days the $300 cash payment would be credited against the repair. Being very tired and I paid the $300 cash. Afterword I realized how stupid I was and that we ended up paying for a camera inspection that cleared the drain and never removed the roots. The best part is on their website this service is offered for $150. The company may be good and we may have gotten a questionable employee but a feel very ripped off for over paying for service. I will be sending this same message to the company via the ‘Contact Us’ but at this time I could not recommend their service to anyone. Hopefully they will wish to make this right.
