Dear Gill, wanted to take the time to send an email to congradulate Annette who has gone above and beyond in her customer service to me and my husband. It is extremely rare for me to write an email singling out an employee for their excellent customer service but the service I received deserves an accolade. I bought a dinning room set a few weeks ago with Annette and her input and guidance was so welcome. I felt no pressure to purchase and she made me feel like I was working with an old true friend. Her honesty, humour, and excellent eye for decor was such a delight to encounter. This is why I returned once again for living room furniture and once again she again took her time deal with me, gave me much welcome insight and decor advice with a friendly sunny disposition. I will also be returning to finalize the living room furniture and in near future bedroom furniture. She has gained a customer for the long haul. My husband and I move every 4-5 years so now we know where to go and who we want to deal with for all our future furniture needs. Please take pride in the employee that you have because the quality of customer service she gives is very rare in your business. It's nice to go buy something and not feel pressured or pushed to buy and to get real quality advice with my interest in mind and not just to make a buck.
