I would not only recommend Gasfix Repair without any hesitation, but with kudos to them. Make a very long story short after about 4 hours getting nowhere; I had been phoning trying to get some information regarding installation for a gas line. You would think Enbridge would have been the primary source of help. Forget about it, other than paying your bills. So when I was just about to give up, making my last call (it was actually after 5pm) the owner Scott picked up the phone. Within 15 minutes he knew exactly what I wanted and told me the price and never tried to pressure me into anything more than what I asked for. He provided what is nowadays only hoped for - quality, service, making suggestions, answering questions, ensuring that I get what "I" wanted! He gave a price (loved the quote at the first sound), a time, and honoured it fully. Wait it gets better. The servicemen show up on-time and get right at it. Asked where I wanted the outlets, can I cut here, is this okay, made great suggestions, first class. Then without ever even mentioning it, they took the newly delivered gas stove out of the box , took off all the packaging, hooked it up, tested it, and showed me how to use it safely. The actual job ended at a higher amount by over $100 of estimated. Gasfix Repair ate the difference, without so much as a blink. Ok if I go on anymore I will sound like a "plant" or a "stooge". I'm done.

Thank you for your wonderful review Frank! We appreciate your comments and feedback regarding our service and technicians. Scott has been in this industry since the late 70's so with the right questions, he was able to determine what you wanted and provide an accurate quote. We tend to make sure our technicians are equipped to handle any job requested of them and Dwayne is definitely a technician that goes above and beyond for your customers. It is also helpful when the equipment is there, like the stove was. By installing the unit and testing it, it saves you the cost of a second trip to install or having to do so yourself. Thank you for choosing Gas Fix to install the two gas lines for the kitchen stove and BBQ. Please note that we also service gas fireplaces, pool heaters, furnaces and water tanks. If you have any future gas needs, please do not hesitate to contact Gas Fix!
