I might be able to find someone cheaper but cheaper does not always end up being cheaper and I speak from personal experience.
Joe had the part we needed with him which is huge that I did not have to be home or off work for a second service call once the issue was diagnosed.That alone saves me time and money!
Joe also explained exactly why this part failed and how long I should expect this heater to last before needing replacement. When asked, he also recommended a brand of heater that has fewer issues in repairs when this one needs replacing.
