After lighting the pilot I turned the knob to the ON position and the pilot light would go out. Joe came out, tested, and identified the problem within a couple minutes. An estimated cost to repair was given and we authorized repairs. Joe also serviced the complete fireplace and the bill came in under the estimated price. We would highly recommend to all.

Once the issue was determined with the fireplace, the technician was able to provide an estimate on the repair. As we do carry over 300 parts on the service vehicle, he had the valve and bracket required to complete the repair on the same day. That is a service that many contractors cannot offer but we can.
