Scott, our serviceman, was very knowledgeable.
He was at our house as his last appointment of the day; and as it turned out our repairs were quite extensive..
We needed a new fan, switch and new remote box. He had all parts ready and available for installation. He cleaned the whole unit, and it looks like a brand new fireplace now.
It Works great and our room is warm now.
