In July 2009 we decided to order all new windows for our house to take advantage of the home renovation tax credit. The windows are very good quality and the pricing is very competitive unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the service. The order was all messed up...told garden doors were custom size but, they're not and too small for the opening and it had to be bricked, they also open the wrong way...the front window was too short so, they had to reorder. The front window is still too short but, they installed it anyways. I'm still trying to get it fixed and it was installed back in November...no one (sales rep nor the owners)are returning my calls or emails. I even contacted Window Wise and they were no help either. I kick myself for not going elsewhere!!!

- Company Response
Please find our response to the above review. Since it's posting on April 28, 2010, we have made every attempt to identify the customer so that we can respond to their concerns. We require additional information to be able to clearly identify this specific customer. We would like to very much speak to "CMB in Toronto" because we have a Service Care Department and an Installations Care department, and regular surveys are conducted to ensure complete customer satisfaction. To date, we find no record of a report which can be related back to a customer, "CMB" therefore, we are asking for Home Stars' cooperation and have yet to hear from the writer. We remain available and eager to rectify any concerns they may have. Yours sincerely, Spiros - President - GEM Windows and Doors.
