Gem Windows and Doors

Parts missing, installer not helpful. Told missing parts were chargeable but upon seeing photos of installation GEM agreed to replace at no charge sending more experienced installers (three) to correct the mess left by the first installer.
We have in the past been very satisfied with GEM but disappointed this time but pleased with their desire to resolve our complaint

The handle on our screen door had broken off after many years, so we went back to Gem to order a replacement handle, but Jim quickly went to check at the back and came back with a spare one and gave it to us for free. Talk about customer service! Over the last 20 years, Gem has always provided us with excellent products and services, and we highly recommend them!

Where to begin! First off Paul was amazing! Answered all our questions, followed up promptly with answers. Price point was amazing and made suggestions for the final design . We visited the showroom everyone was super nice and willing to help. Megan was great in dealing with payments ...and finally the installers killed it.. spent the whole day installing to the finest detail. Ziggy and his team worked without breaks to get the job completed and THEY EVEN CLEAN THE WINDOWS! THIS company from start to finish was fantastic! Thanks to all the wonderful people at GEM!

Taz and Vince were very good to work with. Taz knew her products and was quick to communicate and manage expectations. Vince did an excellent installation and refined finishing job of our metal glass insert door. We would gladly work with them again and recommend them to anyone who wants quality work.

GEM was wonderful to work with starting with our initial consult with Paul, all the way through installation with Robert and team. We were consulted and educated along the way. I'm still stunned that everything looks so perfect inside and out! They did a superb job and I would highly recommend them for any window or door project.

This is the second time using Gem Windows and Doors as part of a 3 part plan in replacing windows on a 100 year old home. The windows selected suit our Tudor style home. Gem allowed us to keep our internal leaded glass windows to maintain the look of the home. We were very happy with the installation and external finishing trim. Thank you Joe and Mike.
