I had Glen Echo do the stonework, planting and other various landscaping work within the last few years at our Nobleton House. Trees and shrubs had died, but they made amends to correct the issue.

I had Glen Echo do the stonework, planting and other various landscaping work within the last few years at our Nobleton House. I cannot believe how rude Derek was when I had gone in to tell him for the second time our trees have died and also for the second time our interlock and natural stone steps have shifted. He brushed me off, and was extremely rude. I couldn't believe what had happened all the way home that night. He said to me "I see tree's every day" and brushed me off like my concern couldn't be a bother to him. I could only imagine the people working for him must feel. Even the girl at the front desk was embarrassed for what he did to me. JUST AWFUL! We paid good money for the tree and the install. Knowing the name Glen Echo we thought we were in good hands. APPARENTLY NOT!
