Take the Money & RUN - Long Distance Move - damaged goods - poorly managed company -
Company does not communicate TAKES THE MONEY & RUNS- MOST Important as we are unpacking we are finding DAMAGED GOODS, Drivers rush you when they unpack so it takes time to see the problems - called Management "RICK" - not once not twice but 3 times & would not return my calls , they will probably respond to this review with some excuses - DON'T BUY IT - STAY CLEAR - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Pine bedroom set is all damaged as well as Fabric Chair - straps were placed so tight, imprints into furniture - NICE JOB FELLOWS!!!

Sorry I'm not sure who you are as you not indicated that. I have been away for the last 10 days so if you did try to connect with me , please give me a call and I will look into it.apparently the driver tried to make a delivery on the long weekend, you needed at shuttle on delivery and being the long weekend, no trucks were available. Your Shipment was brought to Vancouver and then transported back up to you within the transit guidelines.
