I contacted Green Grass Lawn Sprinklers to install an inground system as part of a larger landscaping project at my home this summer. Stephen came out to my home to provide the initial consultation and quote. I was very impressed with Stephen's knowledge and the detailed quote he provided. The schedule and design for my landscaping project changed a number of times. Stephen was very flexible adapting to the changes and working through these conditions. Chad and the team arrived as planned to complete the install - they worked quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the system. I am also quite impressed with how responsive Stephen has been after the installation with follow up questions I've had about the system. Stephen and the team were easy to work with, very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Green Grass Lawn Sprinklers.

First, Stephen is very punctual, Knowledgeable and up to date with latest technologies available in the market as far as home irrigation is concerned. He gave very detailed quote with explanation why we need so many zones, and sprinklers and explaining water run-off etc.

They did fantastic job of installation and setting it up, and system worked as designed once my SOD was laid.

I am specially impressed with cloud based waster management of Hydrawise which Stephen recommended and this is fantastic, way better than just a rain sensor.

I am writing this review after using system for 2 months now. Very happy with overall project.

We had a sprinkler system put in several years ago and have used them since then to open and close the system. This year I decided to look on HomeStars and check out other sprinkler companies. I was looking for a company to fix the problem we have with water going everywhere, not just on our grass. I also needed someone to find the break in one of the lines and fix it, without having to dig all over the yard to find it. After making a few calls I finally found a company that I knew, as soon as I spoke to the owner, was the one that could resolve all our issues. The first visit was to open the system and find where the leak was. This was done quickly and the only digging they had to do was in the area of the leak. When they finished I asked them to have the owner call me as I wanted to have a quote for the cost of overhauling the system to make it more efficient. I received a call later that same day from Steve and we booked an appointment for him to come out the next day. He arrived as scheduled and took his time checking the whole system over. Then he suggested that moving a couple of the lines and changing the location and type of heads being used in some of the areas would eliminate the water from going on our house, fence, driveway and road. He also said adding more drip lines for my planters would further reduce water waste. That same day he provided me with a very reasonable quote. He was flexible & willing to work with my schedule, as we were having other work done in our yard. When I called and advised them that we were ready for them to start, they were here within a week. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and the job was done efficiently with little damage to our grass. When they showed me the results of changing the location and type of heads, I was totally amazed. All our grass, gardens and flower pots were getting watered without watering our house, fence, driveway and road. I am looking forward to lower water bills starting this summer. I can honestly say that from my first conversation with the folks at Green Grass Lawn Sprinklers to the completion of the job, they were all very knowledgeable and professional. Green Grass has been our sprinkler service providers for over 3 years. We have always been quite satisfied with the level of service. They are very thorough and always great deal with all around.

They had already installed the system when we bought the house but they do our regular yearly maintenance turning the system on and off. I find they are good - their work in the last 2 years has been consistent.

In August 2007, Green Grass installed a sprinkler for the front and back yard. The crew that arrived was polite and took the time to explain what they were going to do. Once completed, there were a couple of leaks in the main pipe that another contractor at my house had created. The crew fixed the problems regardless of how it was created. They even came back when I had to make adjustments. I used them for the winter shut off and will use them again this year. Overall, a great experience from Green Grass!

I have had other companies in past homes install both of these products, but never have been really happy. I was quite impressed with the workmanship,dedication and knowledge of the salesman and the labourers that followed to install my systems. The follow up meeting with another employee of this company to show me how the system worked really took me back. I never expected such a big company to take the time to come back to give a run through of the Sprinkler system and Landscape Lighting

Green Grass installed our sprinkler system and that night, the main line burst in the backyard, flooding our basement and there where three small leaks in the plumbing they installed. A few months after they fixed it, the main started a slow leak. They "fixed" it, only to start leaking again the next day. Not a trustworthy company.
