Poor planning of job - had to provide scope of work several times. Used inferior materials. Didn't show up on time, but definitely left on time - they rushed everything at the end saying they would be back to fix up things. They didn't come back and they never repaired the defects. We were stupid enough to book them for another job (after they begged us and promised a good deal) - instead they never showed up and it took us 6 months to get back our deposit (although they still have $200 of it). Do not give these guys your money.

Gary is terrible!! The guys did a good job around the whole house but less than one year later...the mortar, that was promised to Never Need Fixing Again...is cracking...four phone calls and 5 e-mails later...they will not return our calls!! Very frustrating and very Disappointing! They are all talk and no action! Don't use this company for any work unless you want to be unsatisfied with the work and committment that they promise to get your money and then don't follow up on their word!! NEVER WILL USE THEM AGAIN, wasted our money and time!!

What a horrible experience. Poor workmanship, makes commitments then never lives up to them. Getting them to repair errors is a frustrating exercise. Government should close them down. Scam artists. Will say anything but never live up to their word. Avoid at all costs! Let this be your warning.

Well, we had these guys do our back gates and our deck. Gary is the main problem with the company, as the guys working for him are fantastic.

It is too bad they have to deal with Gary as well as us the customer having to deal with Gary.

He has a tendency of not answering phone calls and totally overbooks the crews that he has.

The crews did a good job, but some subsequent fix ups took forever as Gary promised them one day, but of course they were overbooked and couldn't see us.

Not only that...many times he didn't even tell the crew to come see us about our project.

Don't use these guys. The crews are great, but Gary...Well, that is another matter altogether.

Gary talks a great game.
The day of the roof repairs his crew managed to do 3 stupid things: 1) walk on our neighbours without asking them for permission at 8 in the morning 2) While dumping the old shingles and rubber into the dump they knocked over my neighbours eaves and have still not come to fix it after countless phone calls 3) Did not have on proper equipment (boots, harness etc). Someone from the labour board managed to drive by and gave them a ticket causing a delay on the repairs. As well we have a loose shingle dangling from the dormer. It took several calls for Gary to come over and look at it and he promised it would get fixed. One year later no one has come to fix my neighbours eaves and my shingle.
These guys are no good. Find someone that will keep his/her promise.

The do not know what they are doing although they talk a good talk. They screwed up our kitchen, ordered the wrong cabinets and constantly blamed us for their errors. DO NOT HIRE these incompetent men!
