site supervisor in particular was very rude and ignored my questions or concerns
workers not following covid safety protocol
debris and building materials not removed after shift disruptioning movement and causing suite and auto b/e which did occur
worksafe procedures not followed
avoid at all costs

They used small butterly picture anchors for a stairwell railing installation in our building. No backing what so ever as required by contract and simple best practices. Came right off the wall in someone's hand.

We purchased a unit in a new development and are very unhappy with the quality of the workmanship. We paid over $500/sqft and the quality was terrible. We also had problems with our gutters and heating system. They have absolutely no accountability and DO NOT stand behind their product. They hire cheap Mexican labor and only care about their bottom line. After they have your money look out! All the owners in our building are very unhappy with the company and we want to warn other consumers about their shady business practices. Stay away from their work, you will be sorry if you buy one of their units, we sure are! Stay away!

Our house was leaking and Heatherbrae very carefully did some investigative work removing some areas of the outside wall to see what the extent was. They were very professional in their evaluation of the problem. They were careful and respectful in going about their business so that we go on about our lives without too many tarps and noise. Highly recommended!
