Our old furnace stopped working on a very cold day. We appreciated that Andrew came to the rescue on the weekend. We appreciated that he was here for a few hours working through possible sources for the problem, not giving up until it was solved. Showed us a kind of diligence to not stop until it was fixed. Great sleuthing Andrew, thanks!
