The initial inspection for our service was thorough, efficient and knowledgable. The other quotes we received did not even look at the A/C unit to confirm the problem, just assumed that we needed an expensive fix.
After installation, there was an issue of leaking. We called on a Sunday to report this because we were concerned about damaging the unit, and someone, no 2 different people, arranged for a Monday morning repair, which was done quickly. The repairman apologized for the problem.
