We have used Protection Plus for all of our security needs since we renovated our home last year. Everyone we have dealt with at the company (Steve, Ciaran and others) has been very courteous and professional and John is no exception. For this job, we had a new upgraded deadbolt lock for our basement door. The work (from work order to installation) was done promptly. John was extremely respectful of our space and time and the keys fit like a glove. I am happy to recommend this company.
