Services Not Completed and Poor Customer Service
When I registered for a package in mid spring, I asked if all 5 fertilizer applications could still be completed. The agent said yes. Since the end of the season is nearing and I've only received 3 applications, I called to follow up. The agent told me I was wrong and that I was only entitled to 1 more treatment not 2 and it was now too late in the season to provide 2 more treatments. My call was escalated to Desiree, the Customer Service Manager. I asked for a refund for the 5th application that was not going to be provided (this was obviously a very reasonable request) but Desiree got angry and refused and then hung up on me !
For anyone reading this, I recommend that you do business with a different company, one that treats people kindly and fairly.
