We had used another lawn care company last year and weren't overly impressed with their customer service and therefore, started looking around for a new company and landed on Hometurf. Already this season, they've impressed us enough to know that making the switch was worth it. Over the course of the winter our backyard's gate pull (plastic rope) broke and we received a note upon their first visit that they completed the front yard but could not access the backyard. I was disappointed we missed this opportunity and figured that was that. Happily though, ten days later they returned unannounced (gate still not fixed) but because of renovations there was access to the backyard so they finished the job we paid for. Thrilled!
