We signed up for the Complete Program this summer - largely swayed by their offer for free over seeding. I had hoped the aeration and over seeding would have been done in April and was promised it would be complete by end of May. It is still not done so I called today to cancel the remainder of the service since I've taken care of the seed myself. There are no refunds on services not yet complete despite not keeping their promise. Very poor customer service. I will never use this company again.

Hi Carly, We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service so far. The aeration and over-seeding application is completed during May and June as this is when the grass seed will germinate most effectively. Unfortunately it is still too cold overnight in April for seed to germinate and therefore for the betterment of the turf we do not complete these applications at that time.
