Can't Cancel - deceptive company

Called to cancel, as the fiesta did nothing and sprayed in rain, didn't aerate etc. Won't reply by email or written letters, just phone so no paper trail. Came the next year, after saying on the phone they can't refund but can "redo", did an even worse job, killed the grass, and expect payment. BEWARE
