I am a repeat customer of Hometurf now for several years. In addition to having excellent products and appropriate treatments, I have found them to be reliable and responsive to any and all concerns as warranted.
On a recent treatment they were unable to access the backyard due to a locked gate and so were unable to complete the work they had come for. Without prompting they reached out to me to schedule a follow up date for the missed treatment. That's customer service!
