I would like to share my very positive experience working with Iberia Landscaping Services company. Frank, the president of the company is a great person! He’s highly professional, punctual, reliable, flexible and always answering when I was calling being happy to clarify any concerns I had in relaxing and friendly manner.
We had a complex situation; 2 big pine trees in front of the house, one big maple in the backyard which was looking like a camp area. Neither previous owners for years nor us for a few last years took care of the backyard and the result the backyard and the front of the house with old brick interlock looked like disaster. Plus shadow everywhere from the big trees preventing grass from growing and the slope in the area of the sidewalk to backyard.
We interviewed a few contractors but they weren’t enthusiastic about resolving our problem entirely just proposing an interlock job with the risk of sidewalk moving because of the slope or quoting not realistic prices for a retaining wall and been scared because of the pretty complex root system of the front pine trees.
After I met Frank, I felt he’s the right person. He proposed the entire solution for everything in a reasonable price, he understood completely what I need having the solutions for all issues we have. All yard plants were removed, pine tree branches cut, maple tree got extensive hair cut to reduce amount of shadow to allow to put grass there; entire backyard put to level, retaining wall all around the fence and in the slope area plus reducing the slop; weeping tiles for 3 downspouts; interlock between my and neighbor’s houses, driveway widening with interlock, sidewalk interlock, front porch interlock, patio interlock; sodding front and back; grass fertilizing. And the result is the huge transformation of the front and the back of our house. Excellent job was done by Frank and his team! I really grateful to him and appreciate his efforts and outcomes! And more than that I’m very happy that I’ve met Frank in my life. He’s the senior gentleman which represents the beauty of the old school business style: reputation, reliability, focus and understanding of the customer’s needs, flexibility including work and financial matters, friendliness and positive attitude.
