The quality of the fencing and stonework was excellent and the attitude of the workers and Chris the owner, was extremely positive.

The pricing was well detailed, professionally presented and within the budget we had in mind and in the end when the quality of the work seen, excellent value.

We couldn’t be more satisfied and pleased in every sense with Iberia Landscaping.

I would like to share my very positive experience working with Iberia Landscaping Services company. Frank, the president of the company is a great person! He’s highly professional, punctual, reliable, flexible and always answering when I was calling being happy to clarify any concerns I had in relaxing and friendly manner.
We had a complex situation; 2 big pine trees in front of the house, one big maple in the backyard which was looking like a camp area. Neither previous owners for years nor us for a few last years took care of the backyard and the result the backyard and the front of the house with old brick interlock looked like disaster. Plus shadow everywhere from the big trees preventing grass from growing and the slope in the area of the sidewalk to backyard.
We interviewed a few contractors but they weren’t enthusiastic about resolving our problem entirely just proposing an interlock job with the risk of sidewalk moving because of the slope or quoting not realistic prices for a retaining wall and been scared because of the pretty complex root system of the front pine trees.
After I met Frank, I felt he’s the right person. He proposed the entire solution for everything in a reasonable price, he understood completely what I need having the solutions for all issues we have. All yard plants were removed, pine tree branches cut, maple tree got extensive hair cut to reduce amount of shadow to allow to put grass there; entire backyard put to level, retaining wall all around the fence and in the slope area plus reducing the slop; weeping tiles for 3 downspouts; interlock between my and neighbor’s houses, driveway widening with interlock, sidewalk interlock, front porch interlock, patio interlock; sodding front and back; grass fertilizing. And the result is the huge transformation of the front and the back of our house. Excellent job was done by Frank and his team! I really grateful to him and appreciate his efforts and outcomes! And more than that I’m very happy that I’ve met Frank in my life. He’s the senior gentleman which represents the beauty of the old school business style: reputation, reliability, focus and understanding of the customer’s needs, flexibility including work and financial matters, friendliness and positive attitude. Thank you Frank!

Iberia Landscaping did an amazing job in transforming my backyard with new wood fencing and interlocking stone patio. Extremely high quality craftsmanship with work performed on time and on budget. We contacted Iberia due to their home stars rating, but we hired them because of the impression they left us with after our first meeting. They came to the house, looked at our project, gave us honest feedback about our plans for the yard and even talked us out of some things that would have cost us more money (and made them more money) because it was in our best interest for the space. We really appreciated the honesty and really connected with them. We interviewed several landscaping companies, but in the end we felt that Iberia was the most fair and genuine company.

We had to wait a while before they could start, but it was worth the wait. They arrived on the day they estimated that they would be able to start and were finished sooner than we thought they would be.

They did an excellent job of clearing our giant mess of a yard (we had previously had it dug up for waterproofing work) and the previous owners had lilly of the valley which had started taking over!

They installed beautiful stone work, and added a walkway down the side of the house for us. They re-graded a lot of the yard to assist with our water issues and buried a downspout to take the water even farther from the house and low voltage electrical wire for us to be able to install lighting at the back of our yard. They created a beautiful rock wall with some existing rocks that we had and removed some ugly/dying trees/bushes for us. They also replaced a fence post that was rotting.

The only thing I wish is that plants could have been added, but it may not be the best time of year for that.

Overall, the team was professional and fast, they made sure we understood what was being done and that all of our questions were answered. Our yard looks amazing now and I can`t wait for spring so we can make the most of it next year!

Hopefully they will be able to come back to do our front yard when we`ve saved up to do some more work!

We decided to replace our sagging backyard patio consisting of regular patio stones with stone pavers. I reviewed a number of landscape services and called Iberia. Frank came out and gave some suggestions on stone, sizing and steps. Originally 10' by 25' in size we increased it to 14' by 25' using Unilock Brussels Block with 4' slate steps on 2 doors. Chris and his team took over when the job started. They recommended we reuse some of the patio stones down the side of the house which was perennially muddy and in front of the shed. I never even thought of this so it was a welcome suggestion. The work was exceptional. One day I found David raking the grass where they had run over it with the wheelbarrow: that is level of detail you can expect from the Iberia team. Exceptional in every way and highly recommended.

We needed to update our front garden to match the style of our newly built home. Chris and his team were amazing and were able to match the stones perfectly to the existing walkway and stairs. In addition, this project was along our neighbors property line which presented its own challenges. Chris work with us and them to agree on the build and everyone was pleased with the outcome.

The scope of our project was to remove and regrade our back patio. Just under 600 square feet. Large random modular stones. They were able to squeeze us in-between projects. It was the hottest week in July! Chris' team did a wonderful job! We are very pleased with the final results. The site was kept clean at the end of each day and the final day when they completed all the work. I would highly recommend Iberia Landscape Services and look forward to working with them again in the future.

This was our second time contracting with Iberia- back in 2013 they did an amazing job putting in a new retaining wall and doing our stone steps. Their service was so exceptional that we contacted them again this summer to relevel our driveway and repair our concrete basement walkout. On both occasions the experience from quoting to the actual job was great. Their prices are competitive, their warranty and service is excellent and the crews are second to none- they are punctual, finish the work properly and on time, are respectful and clean up after their work each day. Highly recommend this company. The pictures of the work from both 2013 and this summer speak for themselves (unfortunately I do not have before pics to share).
