Their visit was very professional, arrived on time and did the job thoroughly and properly very happy. It is good when you hire a good name company rather than small guys.

I have been using IBX carpet cleaning for 2 years now and never had a problem until this year. Twice I made an appointment and they never showed up. The first time they said they called and never spoke to anyone and therefore cancelled my appointment. I have voice mail and call display and there hadn't been any IBX number missed. On my last visit, I had called the day of to prepare for them and I spoke to dispatch twice for someone to come and no one called or came.
Monday came around and I spoke to someone who stated that they didn't have my appointment on file because the person who took that order was off. They were willing to give me a free service that I didn't need and were fine with not only loosing my future service but another family member's as well. Can you believe this quality of customer service? I walked away a very frustrated customer!

I called Ibx services a couple of years ago to clean my carpets and they did a great job. Ever since they have followed up with me and I have been very pleased with their job. They removed the stains and my carpets looked as good as new. The customer service was great and the guys have always been friendly and prompt. Thank you Ibx.

Our condo board awarded IBX Services with the carpet cleaning contract earlier this month. We had never used them before so we requested a one time service quote due to the carpets being heavily stained from all the careless renters who drag their garbage bags and spill drinks in the halls to test their carpet cleaning expertise. We were shocked at the level of service and professionalism that IBX brought to the table. Not only was their staff knowledgeable and organized, they also recommended products for our full time cleaners to do spot cleaning on a more frequent basis by pre-treating stains before they sink in and damage the carpet. We've done a post-cleaning inspection of the carpets and have noticed the stain clean up and good carpet treatment.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone whether it's for personal or commercial work. When it comes to carpet cleaning, IBX is the go-to people !

I had the duct vents cleaned by IBX recently. I was really impressed with the air quality I got after the cleaning. I really liked the work they did. They guys were very careful to not make a mess. Last week I received a follow up call from IBX asking if I was happy with the service. It showed me that they are serious about delivering great service.

I have worked extensively with IBX Services. They have completed general contracting work, flood restoration, concrete work, interlock work amongst other items. I have always found them to be professional and very quick to respond. They definately are very valued suppliers that I do rely on heavily to help bring resolution to problems that arise on properties I manage

The job was to paint every room in the condo. They painted over oil paint with latex. They should have known better because the paint would just peel off. I complained and the man came and he tried to convince me that he did the right thing. He tried to make me feel incompetant. He was angry but when I first me him he was nice as pie. He did fix it eventually.

He made me feel really bad for wanting good service.

Called IBX cos their website declared that they were "proud Winners of Top Choice Award for Business Excellence again for the year 2009", but after they came, I checked the BBB website and then found homestars and realized that you can't trust their website.
2 guys came with the right equipment, while the younger chap was fine, the older guy was basically rude to my wife. When the younger chap paid some attention to cleaning, the older guy just cut in to keep the job short. Rug cleaning was dismal, left it soaking wet. When I flipped and beat the rug myself, there was a lot of stuff falling out. can't say much about the airduct and main carpet cleaning.

IBX cleaned our carpet in our condo. They arrived on time and they were friendly. The cleaning job was mediocre. When they were done, the carpet looked cleaner -- although some stains remain -- but there was a nasty smell in the carpet after they left and remained for a few days after (not sure if it's gone now, or if we got used to it). As the other person mentioned, not sure if they pre-treated the stains before hand.
