Used them twice, should have learned the first time! Yes, they are brokers and the same team of 2 showed up both times. They were late both times, the second time it was about 5 1/2 hours. I was offered a discount because of their tardiness, so didn't pay cash up-front. They then ended up holding the belongings hostage until they received full payment by bank transfer. This was a very small move to return belongings to someone from their office. I had to personally make the e-transfer and over 2 months later I still haven't received a copy of the invoice to claim my money back! Andrew, Paul and accounts receivable are totally ignoring my phone calls and emails. I would definitely not recommend this company.
