An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had a really positive and professional experience. The work was done as scheduled. The crew actually showed up earlier and cleaned up well. There was no "bad" surprises. The staff in the office was good to deal with. The only thing that was negative is that we felt that the price was a little more than expected but I guess you get what you pay for we are very happy with the work.

Hello Terry! We appreciate that the budget associated with an insulation project can be a significant investment and that it can be difficult to justify because it's somewhat of an intangible purchase. I can't express how important it is to do your homework and find a professional insulation contractor who can deliver as promised on the service, and stand behind their work for the long haul. The investment of time and money to find the right partner is worth its weight in gold because the cost of hiring a firm based solely on price can quickly become a long-term exercise in expensive re-work if the right products and workmanship are not part of the package. We can't thank you enough for putting your trust in us and for taking the time to let us know that you enjoyed your experience with our team. We're super confident that you will see an ongoing return in your investment from your increased home comfort, to the reduced energy bills, and peace of mind that comes from knowing we're just a phone call away if there's ever a problem. Thank you for your business and for taking the time to share your comments! Sincerely, Crystal - Customer Care
