Let's start with quality... I give this very important category a zero. In the last four months the shower has developed a leak and tiles in the shower have begun to fall off. Creeks through out the house are popping up constantly. Cracked walls are obvious throughout. There are more but I won't go on.
Customer service... By far the worst customer service ever. Teenagers at Walmart do more for me. They take forever to respond and need numerous reminders to call back. In order to get a contractor in you gave to wait weeks sometimes months.
I think its sad that a corporation like this gets away with their service. They all need training on how to answer phones, the importance of providing accurate prompt service and showin a sense of urgency to their client.
With all the training and resources out there the people on top really need to look at the service being provided.
I would never ever buy intracorp again and you better believe I will let everyone I know.
