Returned call promptly and attended for job within 48 hours. Cleaned and repaired heater plus checked on chimney and chimney seals, while on the job. Did not try to up-sell us, i.e.: pressure to purchase new heater vs. repair. Did make recommendations, at our request, for future replacement. As pool owners will attest, it is important to be able to find timely, reliable and affordable service during the short pool season. J & D provided all of these.
