Organized, dependable, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, efficient - what can I say? These guys are the best. As an interior designer and heritage house consulatant, I have worked on countless jobs with heritage buildings and can say with certainty that the Cordova crew are some of the best electricians in Toronto. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The two employees were respectful and pleasant but they came to the job unprepared. One of them went to Canadian TIre on two separate occasions to buy the wire and dryer vent hood that they did not bring. They then forgot to buy caulking and had to use mine. I was then charged $60 hr when their website says they charge $50 hr (was told their site hadn't been updated -it still hasn't). They tried to charge me for the entire four hours (without taking into account the hour and a half spent driving to buy the parts they did not bring). I was charged an extra $97 for a permit and other extras which I cannot explain as I have not been provided with a receipt after repeated requests. I was told I was charged GST on the work, and still, no receipt.
Two neighbours had recommended this company, which is hugely disappointing.

The crew showed up at the agreed time and completed all the work we agreed to in less time than expected. Despite some existing wiring issues in my condo the Cordova guys were able to figure out a way to achieve everything I'd asked for. They were generally quite neat and didn't make any more mess than expected. If you aren't doing further renovations make sure you agree on how much clean up they will do vs. you will do, in my case this wasn't an issue as they were the first step in a major renovation project.

Very courteous and did the job well. Would recommend then to anyone. I thought I would have to pay much more and that the worker would try and drag out the job but that was not the case. I am very pleased with the result.

Not only were they helpful in planning but their expertise and full team were able to adjust to my production schedule to ensure full uptime throughout the transition. They are honest, competent and hardwork and I will send all my electrical needs to these gentlemen. Thanks again guys. JSeymoure
