To new pool lovers, I had researched and read many reviews before deciding on Jameson Pool. I hope my personal experience can help you make the best choice for your pool.
We put in a new pool in 2015. I met with Paul/owner for the quote and chose his company because I believe in doing business with someone who cares about their customers. For me, it was about maintaining excellent customer service before, during and after the pool construction. Keep in mind, other competitors can build you a pool, but its the service that sets them apart from the rest. Happy customers will tell their friends...and write reviews :)
Matt/designer did a great job for us. We put in a 16 x 34 pool. Although, there were some hiccups along the way, Paul and Matt helped resolve any issues that came up to my satisfaction. For example, I was very upset when they forgot to build my waterfall feature during the construction process, so it was built after the concrete was poured. Matt apologized and explained to me how the pipes and wall could be built outside the concrete area. Paul generously offered me a stone upgrade for the oversight. I still love the waterfall feature. The pipes are tucked behind the wall and into my stone garden and nobody can tell it was built after the fact.
Also, during the first week of the pool opening this year, my pump stopped working and it turned out to be an electrical problem. Eddy from Ambiance Electric came out the same day to diagnose the problem. It turns out that I needed new wires but it would take a week before he can get the parts and have them replaced. He put in a temporary line so that we can get the pump going. Eddy said it's not good if the pool water sits without any movement. Especially since we just got the pool opened and the cover is off. The work was covered under warranty and I was very pleased with the after service care from the electrician. FYI. I remember paying a bit more for the electrician on my quote, but now I totally understand what that extra I was paying for. It was for 'immediate' service. If I called for another electrician, I am sure it would of taken him 2 weeks before he can come out to diagnose the problem.
A few months ago, one of my pool lights did not work . I called Vi at service and she helped coordinate with someone to take a look. It turns out that I needed a replacement light. No problem, they ordered the part and replaced it when I was away. Also, covered under warranty.
Vi in service is awesome and always a pleasure to speak with. She helps me with the pool openings and closings as well as any warranty work. To be honest, if it wasn't for the exceptional customer service care, I wouldn't be writing this review.
As you can see, I did have some problems along the way, but Jameson Pool people took care of me and I was totally satisfied with the outcomes of how they resolved those situations.
