We had a terrible experience working with Jaenesson Pool.
1 They built our pool. Their team has a big communication problem. After spending hundreds and thousands of dollars, they don't even tell you what's the plan and what needs to do next. You keep guessing till their accounting lady sends absurd costs.
2. Most of their staff is arrogant or rude.
3. They opened our pool for the first time. They charge a ridiculous amount for the least amount of time. Their team will not explain what they were doing. They didn't even let us know that the filters need to be cleaned by us. Still, they put unclean filters that made our heater ineffective. They want to charge us again to fix it. They even used rusted nuts so right that we cannot now open it do it ourselves.
Paul has a horrible team that is inefficient and rude. He will overlook your concerns. Looks like he is focused on your money.
Their construction and service teams are just useless.
I would advise everyone who wants a new pool or maintenance to just run away. Don't get fooled by their trucks or claims. Anyway, vinyl pools are outdated and they will charge a ridiculous amount and still behave as if they are doing a favor to you. Their after-service is very bad.
Worse, they don't reply to your emails or pick up the phone when you need help. I composed this review while put on hold over the phone forever.
Save your money and find another pool company. Else you are calling for huge trouble and a nightmare working with Janeson Pool.
