I was impressed with my first call to Luxury Landscaping when Alessandro answered my call directly (no voice mail or assistant.) Alessandro and James were at my residence within an hour of my call. His prompt response was exceptional given my experience with other landscapers who didnt return my call and/or did not follow-up with a home visit or came for a home visit but did not provide an estimate for the scope of work.
Alessandro and James provided thoughtful and cost-effective solutions to replace an existing
30-years old driveway. James and Alessandro provided a detailed review of the materials/process required for each option, the pros and cons for each choice and the cost.
During the project, Alessandro and James reviewed the work with us to ensure that any adjustments needed were addressed to our satisfaction. The work was completed within the given time frame and the work area once cleaned was impeccable.
I am grateful for their expertise and experience in the selection of materials since there is a wide range of suppliers/materials. I receive many compliments from neighbours on how great the driveway looks, and let them know I will pass on the complement to the landscapers who deserve the credit for a job well done!

Allesandro, James and their team were very professional, timely organized, and did a neat job. I had a frontyard garden bed that needed to be excavated and replaced with interlocking, next to a maple tree with thick roots. I even had a 20 year old rundown stone staircase to my entrance. The team replaced my staircase with solid black stone and extended my walkway with interlocking. Excavation was timed and coordinated perfectly with the construction bin collection. The team was very courteous and paid attention to details like clean up, noise levels, image. I am very satisfied with the work done, and would highly recommend Luxury Landscaping.

Alessandro, James & the crew did exceptional work in turning an unused area of our garden into a small patio with a retaining wall and then raised our backyard patio to be flush with the door for easy access by my husband & brother, who both have mobility issues. They also redid our front walkway the same way for better access for those with mobility issues. The results were amazing. The crew worked very hard and put in long hours - they were all very personable and a pleasure to have working on this project. I am looking forward to working with Alessandro & James again on my list of projects. I trust their work and they are very precise in their measurements.
