Junk It!

Brendan in Customer Service and Kevin who delivered and picked up the large bin, were completely prefessional and courteous. Pricing was very competitive.
The bin was delivered and picked up within the time frame promised and care was taken to ensure that the bin did not damage anything, nor interfered with traffic.

This is the second time I've used this company. THey are helpful on the phone & the bin arrives and gets picked up when they say it will. Drivers are great & very customer friendly. I recommend this company!

I checked Junk It's online quote after one of the bigger franchise chains. The quote was 20% less, so I gave them a shot.

They were pleasant and personable when they arrived. But I was in a bit of a rush. I guess they sensed that and went straight to work, two-manning all my large items without as much as a grunt. I went to work moving my "keep its" and they took care of my "junk its". Done in minutes, not hours.

I expect every service call to be professional and courteous (as disappointed I've been with other companies). Junk It's efficiency and price-point will get them my next job too. -Basement in the spring!-

I booked Junk It online, having been very satisfied with their work on a previous occasion. I thought the amount I had was going to be 3/4 of a load, and when the guys arrived, they agreed with my estimate. They got to work right away, and even when I had couple of items to add, it was NO problem. After they were finished, the gentleman informed me that it would be CHEAPER because it was less than they had thought. Do you understand how happy this makes me? I'm paying to haul away garbage- and every cent counts in this economy. My hat is off to you again, Junk It. Keep up the good work!

The guys who came to remove our junk were great! They gave us a good price upfront and then removed everything in record time. We received a quote from another popular junk removal company and their quote was almost double what Junk It’s was. I am very happy that I used Junk It and would absolutely use them again if necessary.

Easy to book online and they gave 10% off for my effort. They arrived on time, were professional and pleasant to deal with and were more than fair with their estimate (especially when compared to some of the larger garbage removal companies). And they completed the job quickly. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Do not hesitate to hire this company. I had two guys come by this afternoon to remove some assorted debris as well as two old appliances. They very patiently dismantled an old fridge on the second floor and took a door off in the house to ensure that the fridge would fit down the stairwell without causing any damage. They also took an old heavy washing machine out of the basement without any problem. They gave me a quote upfront which was less than my own estimate when I booked online and they stuck to it. They were also very generous in estimating the extra time that it took to complete the job and as a result, the final cost was more than reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

The men were polite and efficient, and the garage looked great after they'd finished. In addition, despite having been told to take everything away, they checked with me before junking anything they thought might still be valuable to me (one item was!).
