Kampen Appliance Service

I called Kampen because they serviced my old Subzero refrigerator/ freezer a few years ago. It only needed minor repairs then, a new hinge on the main door that wouldnt close properly. Today I called because the freezer fan was making a lot of noise. The very kind lady with whom I talked asked if it stopped when we opened the freezer, yes it did. She suggested that there could be food inside the freezer pressing on the top where the fan is located. We moved some food and the noise stopped. This was excellent service since it was resolved without a service call!
